Simon leads the Group’s sales team in increasing its customer base and driving growth both domestically and overseas. An experienced professional in the FMCG sector, Simon honed his commercial expertise in roles with Whyte & Mackay and Procter & Gamble before joining Highland Spring in 2009, supporting the integration of the water division of Greencore Group plc acquisition into the business.
