An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader role to join our team in Blackford, Perthshire and be part of the Manufacturing Management Team at the Ochils Site.

The successful candidate will drive adherence to both the Health and Safety standards in the area and the quality standards demanded by our customers. They will also deliver area performance targets, by ensuring the consistent execution of standard processes. They will demonstrate leadership of the team supporting people development and continuous improvement of the processes.

The ideal candidate will have previous team leader experience and previous exposure to high volume FMCG is preferred.   You will have a good understanding of critical processes and drivers of performance and proven use of CI tools including SMED, 5S, Kaizen etc.   You will also possess a proven track record in achieving results through teams by coaching, motivating and developing a team to improve engagement and meet increasing production demands.

Working hours will be a 12 – hour shift working four on four off day (06.45 to 19.00) and night rotation (18.45 to 07.00)
