March 18th 2019: Highland Spring Group, the UK’s leading producer of natural source waters, has announced two key charitable partnerships for 2019.
The Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) was nominated by employees to be Highland Spring Group’s Charity of the Year.
SAMH is Scotland’s largest mental health charity and has represented the voice of people most affected by mental health problems in Scotland for more than 90 years. SAMH is dedicated to mental health and well-being for all. Their vision is of a society where people are able to live their lives fully, regardless of present or past circumstances.
Highland Spring Group employees will be working with the charity on a programme of employee-focused fundraising and volunteering activities across the year.
Additionally, Highland Spring Group are providing quantities of water to Launch Foods, a Glasgow-based food and drink redistribution charity.
Launch Foods mission is to provide healthy snacks and water to children in the Glasgow area. They want to ensure that children who may not always be able to access adequate meals at home due to various circumstances, are able to have something to eat and drink at the end of the school day and in the school holidays.

Highland Spring Group will also continue to work with environmental charity Hubbub in 2019 on positive and engaging behaviour change initiatives, to reduce litter and encourage the careful and responsible disposal of used products.
